Please include in your email who assisted you, in what program you received help, what your complaint is, and how to contact you, and Susan will reach out to address your situation.
Once Susan reaches out to you and works to address your complaint, if you still feel dissatisfied regarding how the situation was handled, please request contact information to speak to our board.
